Our Commitment to Quality
At Kooka Singapore, each piece is thoughtfully inspected and carefully prepared before it reaches you. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bedding products, we uphold a strict returns policy to ensure the highest standards for all our customers.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or
- The item is intended as a gift and remains completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
Hygiene Policy (Strictly Enforced)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Any bedding, pillows, or bolsters that have been opened or used
- Items that have been washed, altered, or removed from original packaging
- Change of mind or personal preference (unless meeting the unopened gift condition above)
These measures are in place to ensure every customer receives products of the highest cleanliness and quality.
Exchange Policy (Unopened Items)
For unopened items (e.g., gifts), exchanges are allowed for the same product only, subject to availability. Items must be returned in their original sealed condition.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, an alternative resolution will be offered.
Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Where applicable, refunds will be issued in the form of store credits.
